Hi Tim. They sure do. I'll be stocking these items soon so if you need any info just PM me. Don't forget their rims too. This CB750 will have Hagon rims and suspension. They are really great guys up there and they give a ****!

Hi guys. Sorry for the tardy replies. I was pretty busy last week what with building the bike & trying to do my day job (that's got to go). Yesterday I went to the MCN Bike Show at London's Excel Arena. A little disappointed, all-in-all, as new bikes from the major players are sooooooooooooo ugly (other opinions may be out there).

There were some really good customs and classics though and I managed to pick up a great set of bar-end mirrors, which I'll detail later.

So, a little info’ on the forks: complete strip and clean in the parts washer followed by powder-coat for the lower legs. I was going to polish them but there were two many deep pits and scars to make it perfect. The stanchions were not bad but the pitting was beyond polishing so they were checked for straightness then measured to find the largest OD and were then ground to remove the chrome and any pitting, then re finished in 'Hard Chroming' until the optimum OD was reached and then polished. The forks were re-assembled using new seals, cir-clips, copper washers, Hagon progressive fork springs and (not shown) billet adjustable pre-load top nuts. Et, voila. Hope it tips in and holds the line a little better than stock.

some other achievements this week:

Hi snowman. Welcome and hello to Montreal. I spent a short time there whilst I was doing some stuff in Canada in the 80's. Loved it.

Hi edelweiss. Is it you sending this awful weather across the Atlantic to the UK from your secret base in New Jersey? Everyone is really wet here so if you guys have any spare towels we'd really appreciate them.

Today was a good day in the shop. I got the wheels and brakes and forks and stuff sorted. Another big push tomorrow and we should be somewhere near getting a rolling chassis.
