Father Son 75 CB200T Rise From the Ruins

Thanks to Teazer this is what we are reading before we assemble her engine. She may not be a bad motoguzzi but she will be rock in' as Cake says, "with some new components"

What a great build. Love seeing the father/son thing. And I have to say, your son has great taste in colors!

Rear set mockup 1 that didn't work. She wanted wings so we found some rear sets that had steel levers to modify to get the right pull on the brake. They were off a CBR600f3 and we picked them up for a bargain 30 bucks each so that was a no brainer. We will have to flip the gear shifter.

Rear set mock up 2. We cut the loop that was holding the passenger pegs just beyond the first bolt and flipped the loop and it matched the bolt holes for the rear sets.

oh we think she whispered her name today...Pascha in Latin and Pasen in Dutch... we think she liked her wings...

Really love seeing your son getting stuck into it. He's certainly learning some invaluable skills for later on in life :)

Looks great!

My son did the other side including his first welding on her.

Starting to get a little concerned that I'm going to be out-built by this kid. I better take a few days off work and get my arse in the garage.

Nice work, fellas.

Thanks I will tell him! He welds better than I do!

This is awesome. I've been trying to get my son into the garage but when he's in there all he does is text on his phone. Good for you.

AbbyRider..:sorry. Fortunately this was my son's idea and he doesn't have a cell phone :) He is nine and so he still likes hanging with his Dad.

Good for him then as well. I sure miss those days. There's still hope for grand kids one day I guess. At least maybe by then I'll actually know what I'm doing half the time.
