Oh and the kick start hits the new break position.

I've had the same problem on the 360, kicker occasionally catches the very end of the brake lever. Stick it in a vice, heat the crap out of it and bend it so it clears it. I bent my kicker, then changed the height of the pedal and had the same issue. Bought an extra kicker arm off ebay for pretty cheap just in case. There's some info on the googles that shows the process.

That is a wonky brake side set up.

Yeah thats interesting. Does that give you any braking power? I'd think that pulling on that shortened stock lever would severely reduce the leverage. Running a cable or linking directly to the rearsets would seem like a more logical choice

Yes I could put a link straight to the break drum arm but how would the rear break switch work?

Don't do that. Unless you want your rear brake applied every time you hit a bump.

Yeah you wouldn't run the linkage directly you would have to mimic the OEM setup for that to work properly. Routing a cable is the best way about it. You can simply weld in a mounting tab for the brake switch or figure a way to use the original

Sounds like a real head ache Andy! I wish I could be of some help but I don't have experience with rear sets yet. Mine did just show up though and I'm planning to fit them asap. Hopefully it goes a lot smoother. Good luck sorting it out!

Hay J-Rod 10,
Yes this looks like just the thing I need.
Can you send me the detail so I can purchase one please?
Thanks mate.

Ive already got some rear sets.
Any chance you could sell me just the bracket?
Pretty please?

It's the lasts piece of the puzzle I need to complete my build.

This is how I run the brake set up on the rear sets I sell.

Anyone know where I can purchase one of these?
I know I'll get the fabricate one posts but I don't purchase a welder so buying is easiest.

I designed it. I build it. But, like I said, they are only available with my rearset kit.

And, I'd very much appreciate it if someone doesn't rip my design off.

Not without the rearsets, I can't.

I have people constantly asking for the various pivots I make for various bikes to lace up to $75 eBay rear sets from Vietnam. It wouldn't be right on my end to tell them no, and you, or anyone else yes.

Nothing personal, they're a package deal. That is why my sets for that bike are the best on the market. They work, straight out of the box.
