JULY 2012 - MID OHIO AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days

Ha right on Dustin, I will come along and ride a scoot for sure. Leaving today Yay, I put 1 pm on my calendar so I hope I can make that happen and get home and on the road by 2. Left bike at home cause it was still raining! should stop by the time I leave but it won;t stop me, rain gear is packed. Yay! Can't wait, work is sucking balls right now
 
I got the shakes and scratch'n like mad. Need my fix bad. a few hours of 80mph freeway and I'll a'right
 
Amen to that fellas... Work is dragging ass for sure. In about 32 hours I get to open my place up to three of the best guys I've ever hung out with, get a new motorcycle, and a few hours after that ride out to one of the greatest motorcycle events in the world. Ya... Work is really sucking. Ha.
 
I feel ya yinzer I am picking up mad hours these next 3 days to afford some goodies. Working 56 hrs this week and all I can think about is taking that ride to mid ohio
 
I had fuck all to do at work Monday and Tuesday and now the day before I leave they put me on an all day boring ass shoot. Gonna be hard to stay focused.
 
Just checked the weather, I hit thunder storms about 1 hour from me and ride through them almost the whole way, good thing I am taking an extra 2 hours off work. Man I can't wait to leave. If I did not have a meeting with a supplier at 12:30 I would be gone already. Von, can't wait to get to your place and crack a beer with you and Justin and meet Brad for the first time. I feel like I already know him though, seems like my kind of asshole ;D
 
Clear skys here in ohio so the rain should clear out for you on the way . think there calling for rain tonight but that never seems to happen . there calling for mid 90s this weekend so should be hot !
looking forward to meeting you guys and doing lil riding and BSing about bikes . :)

On the road boys and girls!! Left yesterday trailering the h2's behind a Jetta TDI. We took a little side trip to Ellicottville, NY. Beautiful country side down here. I can already feel my body relaxing!! 8)

I'll undo all that with the first "sphincter tensing" ride on the Mongrel later today! ;D

Wish I could have been on the road too - sadly will be missing it this year but will definitely plan my life around this event in 2013 :)
 
I wonder if my mother would have lent me her mini van if she would have known i was gonna do this

I know it's off topic but those RDs look so awesome even that close to stock. And at the rate they are going for nowadays I wouldn't dare chop it up. awesome bike man hope i glimpse alot of em saturday.
 
Anyone coming to Mid-Ohio want to lend me your carb sync tool and show me how to use it? For a CB360.

I know that I can mock something up, but I won't have time before Sat to do it and I am trying to get my bike to idle under 3000 rpm.

Let me know - I can bring beer / lunch / tools.
