Righto.
Engine is built. ;D
Just need to fit the Carb rubber mount - I just got a new one for the 125 and have to order another again. KHI Japan will wonder whats going on with me ordering all these! Apparently there are still 63 in stock over there so I'll make the call tomorrow and get another sent over.
Will fit that new small end bearing and pin I gave you when you come to get it. Will also require the 25mm round slide also.
In the meantime order a new Mikuni general purpose / multi fit cable from http://www.iwt.com.au/ . Next day delivery and less than $15 from memory.

What did the missus say?
Sensational Mate!! ;D
I will order the cable and try to source the 25mm round slide.
The Missus is cool, and as long as I dont take over the ENTIRE garage, everything is sweet. ;)
Let me know when is OK for you, I would love to grab some more stuff (Much better to have it rather than try to find it)!

Have started work on the next frame, (no turning back now!!!)

Cheers again for Sunday Mate. Jase

Thanks Nabzy,
I decided against clip-ons in the end mate, I did actually like the feel of the bars that are on it after a bit of a ride, quite comfy.
Cheers for the comments.
Jase :)

hye mate i just got myslef one of these beautys, wondering where u got the seat from thanks mate
Rez

Hi Rez,
The fibreglass seat came from a company in Brisbane Australia, they are now available via ebay i believe.
I will find out more details for you and post asap.
The white and grey leather trim/seat pad I did myself (the white leather is actually a sleeve from a letterman type jacket, ha ha!)

Cheers for looking,
Jase ;D

Awesome Build. One of my favorites. Where did you get thos brake and clutch levers?

Thanks Steve,
The levers are from a Thumpstar Pit bike, the are sprung to allow the lever to pivot the opposite way (in case the bike is dropped, the levers will not snap).
Unfortunatly, I have sold the bike quite a while ago, and I didnt take any video footage. :(

Thanks for the kind words,
Cheers Jase ;D
