everything was just laid around wasn't using it because the speed was slow and the scotch brite ball kept spinning because I couldn't tighten the screw on the arbor/shank/thing holding the ball that then goes in the chuck... I usually plug it in and hang the cord from something out of the way my outlets are all on the roof ceiling

that basement looks like the perfect setting for a snuff film or just a rehearsal maybe

in these pictures it looks horrible but in person its not too bad, or maybe im just used to it? ;D

Got my wheels on my welding cart and some cord holders gonna get front wheels done eventually

Electronics mounted gotta get a couple more screws welded the nuts on and I need to trim a couple screws for the seat pan To sit flat

My refurbished welder broke had to go return it and get a new one over a hundred extra :( but I did get to keep all the accessories from the other one and an extra roll of wire

Took the forks apart gotta clean the legs up but it's not going well I just need them clean enough to paint

Taking the triple tree off tonight and getting that cleaned up and ready to go paint

gonna be playing with the carb soon so im ordering jets, it was running crazy rich my previous jetting was 40 pilot now a 17.5 I need some more to swap out incase this is too lean so im picking up a 20,25,30 hopefully those get me what I need and I don't have to get a 22.5 or a 27.5 but most likely I will ::)

main jet now is 280 so im going to get a 270-230

good thing I only have one carb to deal with 8)

Usually pilot jets don't need changed too radically;I'd get the main jet leaned out first.

Pods? some pods are so restrictive they cause a choke affect... Get UNI pods before jetting, you can start with stock settings and go from there.

find an FCR carb. drz400 would be a great donor

I worked my way down from a 320 to the 280 so far and its cleared up a lot but still bogs down when I get on the gas.

the pilot was at 40 I haven't seen anyone near 40 from the settings that I have found usually they are from 20-30

yeah I should of posted whats going on with the engine/intake/exhaust! I have a open header going to a cone engineering muffler and a K&N pod, if I cant squeeze the K&N on the carb (its off a VM34) then ill be getting k&n-ru1770. the engine is stock internals

would the FCR be better than a Mikuni TM flat slide? ill be on the look out for a FCR now that I know where to get one off of!

FCR is sill expspensive for right now!

Just cleaning paint off stuff and trying to organize for painting

I need to mount my handle bars better they had 4 (rubber in pic)of these but I don't think they need to be rubber mounted any ideas? Plus I lost a rubber thing and I was only using two tops.

Anyone wanna buy a air filter off a vm34?!

Those rubber dampers on your handlebar mounts are good things.

so it would probably be a bad idea to get rid of them? I found some solid riser mounts by hughs handbuilt.

Those cookies look good too;lets have a look at the Candlepower headlight.

I didn't take any pics of it but I will once I get home, the old headlight bulb fit fine but I think this new one might be longer because now it doesn't sit in the housing deep enough to seal it in and hold it steady :'(

It's all about vibro and impact dampening... up to you... Mind over matter, if you don't mind, it don't matter.
