Right now my best option is to find a solid 750 Triumph and go after the blown 750 records at Bonneville. They are pretty soft. 125 fuel and 128 gas.

new (to me anyway) M/cyl's from a hayabusa to fit the Vmax so i can fit the 6 piston front calipers i've had sitting on the shelf for ages (don't need the clutch side but it'll be nice to have matching sides)

new adjustable levers coming, those ones are pretty hideous, might have to get some stock caps for them too

no i do not
but have lashed it up in my lathe, using the toolpost to clamp a spoke and 40threads per inch power feed from the lead screw works perfect

fun everywhere! haha. I got a big bar kit coming to make the handlebars more 6'-dude-friendly and a set of chinese plastics for when I muff it up....that way all the super minty stock parts stay super minty for when I eventually get bored with it or decide to move on lol

these things pull crazy money these days, guy had it listed poorly and I snatched it up for $500....worth about $800 min.

got lucky too, motor was JUST rebuilt, has about a half hour on it, and the plastics appear new as well.
