Dang Pete! I don't know how I missed your build thread this whole entire time, but excellent work man! It's awesome to see someone else benefiting from the work that I have put in to. You took my front end one step further and actually got the right front rim to go with it, yours looks MUCH MUCH better than mine!

Keep up the awesome work!

Hey Corey!
Your build is what convinced me to go this route. Exhaust, pistons, front end!
I think I stole most of your work! Lol
Just need to come up with a set of spacers for the calipers to finish off the front end.
Frame work is almost complete, dropped off the jugs today for machining.
It's getting there but you know life gets busy at times.
I see you've fabbed up a new longer swing arm...very nice!
Have you set a finish date?

Re: The 3sixty Project...Wire wheeling!

Nothing too major! Just spent a few hours doing my least favourite must do of a build! Stripping, wire wheeling the frame and swing arm! Swing arm is complete, just need to weld up the new shock mounting points. Gives me the extra I need so the bike sits level. :D
Gotta love the clean look after a good wire wheel session! Almost makes you forget that these bike are 30+ years old!

that is a shame it was coming along quite nicely!
I was also wondering if you had any more pictures of the headlight bracket you made I think it looks so sweet!

Welds are looking great man. you got it down pat. i had a felling you would love that welder. what settings do you use? i keep mine on 4 and i think about 45 for my wirespeed idr. its somewhere in that area. seems to work well on each of the 4 settings i only have to bump it down if im welding on the 1 level for volts. great to see you are alive though and that duc is killer ive been riding the tires off of an 09 r6 white and red model that it think you would like. ill post ya some pics later. good hearing from ya bro and get some progress pics up and going lol
