She may not be the prettiest girl...75 CB360

Sorry man, but I am not really feeling those, they look way to long for that span and it makes them look all bunched up like a short fat kid in pants that are way to long for him. I do think that the white looks cool there and a propper fitting set in white would be killer! Not sure where you would find some though, I am guessing those are ment for a dirtbike application, and that means thier intended travel gap is much greater than the gap on your bike. I have seen people try and cut them down, but it ussually does not work out too well. Still great bike though, even if you run no gators!

I hear what you are saying, man. They are definitely too long, but I love the white. I was trying to find shorter ones, but I could only find MotoX boots in white.

I will leave them on for a while, see if they grow on me. If not, I will put some short black ones on.

I agree with Swagger. If you cut them around one of the smaller diameters, it should be able to snug up around the fork lower pretty well.

Like the white though!

Where'd you get your headlight ears? the ones i have put the headlight too far out from the frame for my taste. yours look much better.

So,

After a few spirited rides on "Darlin," I discovered this little problem:

This is exactly where my battery sits.

I will post pics of the new battery box soon.

It is hanging in the paint booth now, the Appliance Epoxy is curing (sorry, forgot to get a pic of it with paint).

Hmm, this wasn't in my replies....

Did you figure out why it was rubbing? I can't remember if changed the battery box before. New one's lookin good though!

It was a clearance issue. The ABS plastic tray was way too close to the rear tire.

what are you going to do to keep the tire from rubbing the tray?
what size tires do you have on there?

Also got the new battery box installed.

Have some new rearsets, this is the shift side mocked up. I think I will need to replace the exhaust to get the proper angle.

Changed up the gauge mounting, and got rid of the ignition.

Tucked the Acewell in a little tighter. Looks much better.
