She may not be the prettiest girl...75 CB360

I guess I missed it.....that frame is for a different motor?

No sir, it is for the 360 (Darlin). From the mounting hole location, I believe it was actually made for a CB360. It is a beautiful thing, man.

So, under a recommendation from Kiley, I picked up this fender. It is a GL1000 front fender that I will be using as a rear fender for the chop. Great ribbed fender with a nice duck tail at the end.

Check it out:

So, got some shed time. Put the new All balls bearings into the 21" wheel. Threw the fender on to see what it will look like. Got the new front end yesterday (XR200). I need to swap out the bottom tapered bearing, it is too big for the neck cup. Got it all mocked up, so the vision is starting to become a little more clear in my mind.

Anyway, take a look:

Oh, and I also picked these up. Will hide the electronics in one, and use the other for storage (perhaps carry a reserve fuel bottle).

Thats gonna be sweet.I really like that fender. Coming along pretty quick. Did you ever decide to blast the frame or have it done locally?

Found a shop that would blast all of the parts for me for $40.

I get my stoak on every time I see that tiny tank on the frame... I love it man! Its going to be tight when its all together.
I like what you did with the fender, a small flare will give it a lot of character... Its all in the details... My build actually has a very similar fender to yours.
Looking forward to it coming together man!

I have to say that that fender is going to look even better than I thought it would, and I thought it was going to look great to begin with! Very nice! I also am a fan of those bags, that style bag looks great on a rigid! I can't wait to see it all come together Justin!
