THE RD FROM HELL

Re: Time to make the rd look like it runs haha

The DS7/R5's had the injector ports located in the outside rear position of the cylinder head.

Re: Time to make the rd look like it runs haha

On a 400 the oil pipes go to a special drilling on the lower front part of the carb just before the reed boot. Piston port motors are drilled at the side of the boss where the intake manifold bolts on. That applies to DS7, R5 and TD3. The oil feed can also go into the float bowl as is done on some Kawasakis or into the reed cage.

Try to avoid having them discharge into still air for example above a dead zone or to teh sides where there's a ribber intake stuffer obscuring them..

Re: Time to make the rd look like it runs haha

So i mentioned a junk yz a few post back well here is the skinny the chain was on the wrong side on that bike god only knows why that was a good idea. Im toying with losing the dirt bike mono crap and flipping the swing arm so the chain clearence stuff is on the side god wanted it and adding twin shock mounts i also need to take a little out of the now underslung brace i think i need to distroy one hand made alum swingarm to build another due to some one off parts ive already had made for the first rig so sorry redbird the old one is not on the market its under the knife but ill build ya one for some clubmans and dinner if your not in a hurry

This swing arm if i can pull another rabbit out of my hat will allow me to run a rear disc spoked wheel that i want to build
