Ebay password changed just in case. Thought I'd just post a couple of photos as I've done a bit more.
Changed to Ali bullet type period flashers, Replaced tank decals for gold Honda wings, good old ebay. Acquired a paddock stand (can get it on by myself but is a lot easier with another pair of hands) and found some time to polish carb.
None of these make it go any faster I know!
but at least it look nice when stood still.
PS Have had a word with a friend who says he will put it on his rolling road to see what it's power is. Don't know if I want to know or not. :-[
I bought the OO Racing 303 kit and it all went on with no issues but for the extra wires from the CDI - Where exactly do I connect these?
I'm hoping these wires are the only reason I can't get the bike to run since I got the spanners out :-\
Apologies if this has been covered, trawled all 99 pages but no clues and goggle isn't helping
Adam
Update: the wires seem to be superfluous, plus swapping back the CDI didn't help... Back to basics and I have no spark checking connections but still no spark
Update 2: TIL the stock battery ain't great, as soon as I kicked her over, she fired up Time to bolt the seat back on and head out for a spin
Thanks for the blog JRod. Would be great if you record what you change here too...

My black framed Ace arriving late July. Can't wait.
stroker crazy:
The original shocks on the 'Ace' are not very good so it's time for replacement.
Their isn't much available for such a light bike so I had some built to suit the combined weight of the bike and rider.
DON'T!! do it Crazy, You'll only add them all together and upset yourself. Your better off forgetting total cost and saying to yourself it was only as expensive as the last part that you bought.
I've done that and my Ace only stands me at a new pair of tank decals.
Hope this helps, Tad.
Hey guys, cool bikes. Im building a t500. I would like a smaller 4stroke bike for day to day stuff bigger than my 140cc lifan powered Chaly. Anyone tried this kit for ooracing. Bit costly considering postage to NZ. http://www.ooracing.com/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=4839

you can probably find it for less money.
OOracing is nice but very expensive. You can easily source their parts on ebay or elsewhere and it would probably be half price.
