After replacing the front pads the brakes feel sponger, so bled them a few time so dunno if being hyper sensitive as they were pretty bad beforehand Nd it's just because of the pads needing to be bedded in and the brake line is pretty average too so may need to replace that...

Head for some downhill breaking fun, that will dial em in too. The line if rubber no steel braid could be softening also.
