I like their simple mechanical sidestand retractor much better than potentially unreliable electrical ignition cutouts that most bikes have!

It is exciting. Dreading that inevitable first chip/scratch I put in it during re-assembly. ;D

Im right there w ya. I made it clear to him, Im not looking to win the cover of Hot Rod magazine.
Davey is not a pro. (An elevator mechanic like me, we've been friends for 30 years.) But he makes up for his lack of formal training/experience, simply due to the fact that he cares.

I have a mountain of respect for the guy.

Got everything back from Davey and installed the tank so I could get her fired up for final tune.

Sync is dead nuts. Didnt have to touch a thing.

But checking CO2 levels w gastester.

At idle shes at 2.3 (2.0 is ideal)

As a rev to 2500 rpm it drops to 0.8.

Im not sure this is right. Seems it should stay a steady 2.3.

Got idle set to 1krpm, up to temp with cooling fan kicking on and off.

And the Gunson is fluctuating tween 1.9-2.0. Im gonna call it perfect.
