Yes shaft drive
I have no bike like this in my shop so I could do a off site setup for you.
I will send you a set of frame clamp on to clamp to the frame and to mount the rearset. Also in this package, there are gear lever and brake shaft lever. You mount them to the bike and measure the rod length you want. I will send the rods later. To do so, please measure the OD of gear shaft and brake shaft (brake shaft laying between passenger peg and driver peg where brake pedal attached to)
The total price for the first pack is 115 shipped and second is 35 shipped.
Thanks

Can't use a frame clamp I believe , it has a mono shock .
I would just need the peg and lever combo with shaft .
I will post a pic

Green screwdriver is approx. location

Hi Viet,

Still haven't mounted up the set you sold me and dropped off at my friend's hotel in HCM city, but now looking for a rear set for a '77 Yamaha XS750. Do you make these? Also, do you have other material or finish options, such as powder coating or electroplating? Looking for either matte black or brass. Thanks

Hi,
I could make one set which will be copper electroplating for you.
Please measure the following:
1 distance from rearpeg to the gear shift shaft
2. Distance from the rear peg to the brake shaft where the brake pedal mounted to, measure the OD of the brake shaft and a photo of it.
3. Would you like fixed peg or folding peg?
Price is $US149 shipped plus the cost of copper electroplating(approx 25)
Thanks

Hello Viet,

Hello, Viet,

Looks like you're creating quite the industry with rearsets, tanks, seats, etc.....good on yah.

I see from the photos in the forum that you can fit a '78 xs400, using a bracket. The one photo shows the brake side, good fit. I cannot find a photo for fitting the bracket on the shifter side, as a gusset is within the "v" of the frame at the obvious mounting area.

Nonetheless, I would like to get a complete kit for my bike, with brackets and rods. Price quoted for other applications looks good. I'm in British Columbia, Canada.

Cheers.

Let me know. Price is 130 shipped to Canada for DTT member. My paypal is acacia_viet@yahoo.com.au
Thanks

Got'em today.......I don't know, two calendar days from Viet Nam to the interior of British Columbia....I must have entered a time warp........good service, Viet, they look good, I suspect there will be very little fiddling to get them mounted and working well.

Thanks.
