But after my 6 year stint in the Army as an Infantry Scout....it is better than getting shot at!! 4.5 years to retirement, (the only plus is Federal Law Enforcement retires @ age 50). Currently assigned in Pennsylvania. And to think I went to college!!!!, should have followed my dream.....open a motorcycle shop and end up like the boys from O.C.C.!!!!

I'm a hen teaser... In the past, I was a Bandit, Rustler, and Square dance Caller!

Better than being a cock teaser, where you ever a hooligan? I was one of those, I still am!

Ha! The "Hen Teaser" I heard on Monte Python when I was a kid and always thought was weirdly funny. The bandit/rustler/square dance caller was a list of offenses on a wanted poster of bad-guy Nasty Canasta from a Daffy Duck cartoon. I just wondered if anyone here would get the obscure references.

Unemployed..But i think i have a good shot at Tim Hortons
Failed the Part on the test about how to make a Double Double coffee

But hey,No one's perfect

Slowly becoming a Landscape Architect.

Was working for a company called Newline skateparks last summer and helped design (mostly construction details) the skate park/office for Rob Dyrdek's tv show "Dyrdeks fantasy Factory" that plays on MTV.

Now work for some crappy Landscape Architect in Ottawa...

Rocket Science

Well, right now I'm working on aircraft. I'm an aircraft stress analyst which basically means I make sure that aircraft structures are as lightweight as possible, yet strong enough so they won't break. It's a little stressful, because if we screw up, people die. I work on contract so I move around from job to job a lot. I'm currently at Lockheed analyzing the leading and trailing edge flaps of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. I work with the designers who actually draw the parts to tell them how thick parts need to be, where to put stiffeners, what size fasteners to use, that sort of thing. My specialty is composite parts (carbon fiber, kevlar, etc) but I do a lot of aluminum and titanium parts too.

I'm working on starting my own company that designs lightweight vehicle structures for aircraft, satellites, rockets, autos, whatever. The automotive parts we would design would most likely be for racing where weight is critical.

Currently I'm a contractor doing IT work in Louisville. Been in the IT field about 8 years now and I hate it. I really want to move back into spinning wrenches, but I don't know how to move. (without taking a huge pay cut)

Before that I made custom pool cues. (Meucci)

I sold cars for a about 2 weeks. That's the worst job I've ever had.

Right now, I'm doubly employed. I work from home as a real estate appraisal QC analyst...blame hte mortgage mess on my company, not me.

I also just finished the class portion of culinary school. I'm currently kneww deep in a 4 month externship at a local country club.

MY problem now, is that I'm enjoying the "extra" money coming in, and I'm not sure that I'll leave either job once the externship is complete.

Right now, I'm using my first 2 paychecks to pick up another old bike in 2 weeks...I'll post pics when I get it...it's unable to be cafe'd, though...I mean, it's been done, but I don't really want to mess with it that much. The rest of the summer, up until probably November, I'm saving to get my '76 500T project finished. planning on getting pieces powder coated, rechromed, rebuilt, rewired, apholstered, etc. etc...figure if I'm going to do it, I might as well do it right, and that means $$$$...so, I'll get all parts taken care of by January, then have the entire month off at the county club to be able to put it all back together again, fun, fun.
