Re: 82' KZ440 Brat'Cafe'?: Wiring, seat, final assembly, cables When my buddy and I wired mine it was so cold and we rushed it so some wires are on top of the frame some are under. It drives me nuts every time I look at it. I guess patience is really learned when wiring.

Well, It's been a long winter but yesterday I finally got to ride the piece for the first time. Let's just say it was a happy and sad moment. Motor runs really well and feels strong but the jetting is horrible. It idles and revs really well but once you get on it at about half throttle it falls...

Hey all, Looking for a good place to get my custom fiberglass seat upholstered. I live in Leesburg, VA and the only place here is priced really high and doesn't have much experience with motorcycle seats (or non-OEM seats). Haven't found another place that has a good reputation, good prices...

I have a multi meter and I was going to do it today but I was working on something else. I will give it a test before I buy anything for sure.

I will look into upgrading the reg. Anything special I need to look for or just a new modern unit will do? Thanks again for all the help and for hopefully saving my battery.
