the first try was a disaster ! i ended up scraping the hole seat unit :( i was using expanding foam to make a mold so maybe thats where i went wrong so moving on i will try again with foam blocks and carve the shape out, any tips ?

right... doing to buy the foam this week ! let the seat unit begin !

ahah thats nice but the more i look at it the less i like the whole cowl idea so i might go for the design before that

i was looking more and more at the ducati builds and was thinking about a whole single seat with a cowl covering the back end ?

thoughts ? please bare in mind that on this bike you are right over the bars and i have to sit at the very back of my seat to stay stable in fast tight corners just to balance out my weight

i like that thanks but yes i carnt cut the frame at the moment, i will when i have another bike but for know its to much paper work to sort and to long to keep it of the road so i like the shapes that youv made there i might photo something similar, thanks !

i think these lines will make it quite hard to make a seat unit like the one on the ducati

yes i just did and these are the lines from the frame under the seat unit

yes i want a very low profile rear end so that ducati looks perfect and thank you for your comment, do you have any ideas on how to achieve a nice seat unit to match the bike

this is what i was thinking or going for but i really like the single headlight with no fairing but the half fairing does look good. but i think i will fibre glass a seat with a rounded cafe hump on the back and not run any rear seat for example have the seat unit sit flat to the ground so all...
