Honda CB360G for sale in Hampshire, UK

Hello folks, Haven't been here for a while and that is a shame. Life and its usual bs has gotten in the way of much bike related stuff and unfortunately I'm gunna have to sell my beloved CB360 - I can't justify it at the moment. Maybe one day when I am a wealthy middle aged or old man I can...

Not Bike Related - Hopefully You Can Still Help

OK guys. I'm sorry in advance for this post, if it REALLY isn't welcome by all means delete... but the sub-heading of Lounging at da club is "anything goes" so... I'm taking my chances. Ha ha. This forum is full of interesting and creative people and I have a feeling you'll have some good ideas...

    CB360 Pamco Timing

Yo guys. Wondering if anyone has any experience of running a Pamco unit on a CB360. If so, got any timing tips? I'm having trouble getting both left and right timed exactly (I'm using a strobe incidentally). Is it just a case of fiddling with the plate/PC boards until timing is correct? Thanks...

    WANTED: CB360 Speedo Cable Guide

Anyone got one they want to part with before I pay for an expensive new one (I'm just fundamentally against paying more for shipping than the part costs)?

    CB360 - Parting Out

Got a bunch of stuff from my 360 I want to get rid of. Based in North Devon, UK but happy to ship wherever. All of this stuff WORKS and is in relatively good condition. Not pictured: points, condenser, coils, fuse box. If there's something you can't see hit me up - I may have it lying around...

A CB360 Build - Lil' Sebastian Rides Again

Greetings. I haven’t posted here for a while - good to be back. As usual, life got in the way: I spent some time in hospital and subsequently recovering; I had a kid; I moved house, all in the space of a few months. With that now behind me (except the kid obvs) it’s time to once more take up the...

RUST, bloody rust. And phosphoric acid.

I've got a tank with rust that I can't shift. Strange because it really isn't a thick coating but it's really clinging to the steel. See pic below. So far I've tried (and failed with) white vinegar and nails and Por 15 (the whole caboodle). Now I've moved on to phosphoric acid. How long do you...

CB360 Throttle - Things I Don't Know The Answers To

What are the differences between the throttle cables on a 360G5 and 360T? Are they so different that the cables are not interchangeable? And why does Motion Pro sell a throttle cable it says is for a 360, but isn't of the push/pull variety? ???

    OIL in the UK

Evening all, I trust you're all having a pleasant Friday night. I thought this topic could be a good resource as products on offer here tend to differ somewhat to the USA, and I'm also curious. What oil is everyone using for their old bikes, or just bikes in general? The Americans seem to swear...

CB360 Solenoid Neutral Wire With Nowhere To Go

Hi guys, Me again. I have replaced the rather butchered harness on my 360 with an intact, unchopped one from eBay. My dilemma is this: My starter solenoid has a green/red wire (which Sonreir informs me is the neutral wire - thanks Sonreir you're the man). The old harness has a green/red wire...

    CB360 Coil/Ignition Not Working - Thoughts?

Hi all, Needing a bit of help please. I've got my 360 set up with a Pamco ignition and new coils from MikesXS. I also got a new loom off eBay as the one that came with the bike was in a bad way - the new loom has been perfect so far but I seem to have encountered a problem. When connecting...

Sat Nav on a 360 (Or Any Older Bike)

Hi dudes. Haven't been around much lately, been in hospital instead - much more enjoyable than working on bikes ;D Anyway, I thought I'd see what solutions people have come up with for using a TomTom Rider or similar on an older bike like a 360. As we all know, the charging system on the 360...

    CB360 Front Drum Conversion

Afternoon all, The PO of my CB360 has made a complete mess of (everything it seems) the handlebar switches. Don't know what he's done, cut chunks out of the wiring and also added some dodgy soldering and some other shit. Anyway, it's going to get overhauled and while I'm at it I'm considering...

Electronic Ignition - might be useful to some people.

I've been weighing up whether to go with Pamco or Charlie's Place, a big decider obviously being the Pamco price and the fact that it features electronic advance. ANYWAY, I emailed Charlie to find out why he doesn't feature an electronic advance; below is his response. I figured it might be...

CL360 Exhaust - Would This Work?!

OK so... would a CL350 exhaust fit on a CB360 IF the collar/flanges from the 360 stock exhaust were welded onto the 350 one? Would it work or is it just bat shit mental?

    CB360 Shock Upgrade

Looking to upgrade the rear shocks on my 360. I want to increase the wheel clearance from the seat (yes, I know; another brat build :o). Is there any reason not to go as far as 14" shocks? Or would the slight increase of 13" be better overall? Thanks dudes. Safe.

Any help identifying this CB360's age?

Bike came from the states with a 360 engine on a CJ250T frame. PO swapped the 250 frame for a 360 one later on. Its date of first registration is 5th January 1978, so that isn't much help. Engine number is CB360E2208194. Don't have the frame number and it'd be irrelevant anyway as it was added...
