thanks Steve. watched your build, and love it too. Lot of work has gone into her since last post, new temp gauge, new ingnitech, regulator/rectifier, few other things too. Got to still get the tank painted...but she's good on the road. Very happy. Will take better pics soon.

shocks were sold.

I put some shorter shocks in the back, lowered it about 1 ½" inches. I do have to have the kick stand trimmed about an inch though, or always park it on an angle.

actually, upon further inspection. Even the front blinkers are kind of screwed up now also. Either selection, the non-selected turn signal's light blinks a little. The brake light is blinking lightly too. Is it possible I fried my flasher relay?

To start with, I have a 80 CX500.... so, as of yesterday - I had ALL electrical working perfectly. Did some repositioning of the wire (took nothing apart, only relocated and tidied them up) Like an idiot, I wired up the battery wrong (backwards) saw smoke pouring out of the wiring "nest"...
