I decided to sell my baby, even though when I took it for a test ride I fell in love again, but I just never ride and it has sat for almost 2 years. I will just post a link to the cl add it will be easier. I am asking 3500 or trade for a Jeep or K5. Located in South Jersey...
I hardly ever ride at all but it is usually around town 35-65mph tops. my cb360 cafe bike has a tire on the front that is too big and it is so out of balance and rides like a lopsided basketball. I am going to have to figure out what looks best and rides right.
I am loving that second bike. So you think with that firestone on the back and that other tire on the front is a good choice. I think it looks just as good as the bikes with the fat ones and if it's safer all the better.
I am confused at that last post, all 3 of those bikes have vintage looking tires on them and 2 of them have the firestones? But the post is against them.
Just had this 71 cl350 delivered today. I got home late so I was only able to get one picture of it. I don't have the title for it yet seller is going to try to find it. I think it is a 71 the date on the plate says 5/71 is that a 1971 or could that be a 72 model? I am not sure what...
I might be buying a old cl350 from a guy that just took it out of his deceased grandfathers garage. And he cannot find the title. Is there any chance in hell that I will be able to get a title for this bike? He wants $100 for the bike.
Very nice bikes how much did you pay for them? I know they were not near me because they have no rust. Up here in the North east all of these bike's are rusted, which is fine with me because I will strip it anyway but like we said these people think they are worth their weight in gold. Damn...
Must be that sweet Japanese steel. I just started looking on CL for a new project bike and these people are smoking some good shit. I bought my bike a few years ago for $400 running with a title, and now people want like 2g's for bike's that don't run or have a title. Man guess it will be...
Ok so I need to seal the tank on my 360 because I am getting some fuel seapage from the seams. What product do you guys like the best. I was looking at a eastwood one a por one and kreem. Do I need the whole kit or should I just buy the sealer and clean the tank with some naval jelly first?
I am not in the Charlotte area, but if you have any specific ?'s you can ask me and I can check my bike and give u the answer, I know exactly how you feel and it sucks.
When I first finished my 360 I had the same elec problems turns out that my fuses were good but the connections on the ends were not, take your voltmeter and start there make sure you have 12v on each side of the fuse
sorry it's a 360 and the throttle cable is def not stuck, i checked all that at the carb even happens when I push the throttle lever back as far as it will go taking the tension of the cables. I am going to take the float bowl off as soon as i get a chance.
So I took the bike for a nice ride today and when I got back I noticed a few new problems. I have gas coming out of my pcv breather tube when I leave the bike idle. Also the right side doesn't run to well when idling, and when it kicks in the bike goes up to 3g's and i can't bring it back...
