    I think she has started to loosen up, hit 100 on the way to work with the standard gearing. I will be doing the valves and an oil change this weekend try and keep things tip top.

    Aint it Fun, I am just going to start picking up Honda spares for mine as i know the original parts are going to fail. $2500 dosent stretch very far when building a motorbike at least the money went into the engine and frame, i have really enjoyed making mine better than new.

    Hi Haz, i use WD40 with the straw, shove it under the grip and give it a squirt then work the grip off and use hairspray to slide them back on then it sets into place.

    The throttle cable needs a bit of attention to get it to work freely, you might need to take the tank off and make sure the throttle cable isn't being held or moved around by any wires or brackets. Mine was a pain to get sorted aswell.

    Re: 回覆: The SkyTeam 'Ace' Resource I had this problem also, so I took the tank off and removed the wires that are held in the clips with the throttle cable, so you just have the throttle cable sitting in the two clips and re-route it at the front so it's on top of the wiring so it can move...

    Just ordered a set of these EBC Brake Pads FA165TT. hope they will work a little better than the stock ones. went with the carbon ones instead of the copper sintered ones as i thought they may be a little hard. What kind of pads are everyone using...

    Thought i would start a new thread to cover all things clutch. my clutch has no real feel to it, not sure if this will improve with a few more K's on the clock or not? did a little research and the ACE clutch looks very similar to the CG 125(well the same)...
