100 POSTS ANYONE?

I hear you. Still working my way up. To most that have been fabricating parts on their own or have a wealth of knowledge and parts, the 10% is probably meaningless. To us starters, the world

On many of the forums that I am a member of, they have a policy where people who post shit to get their post counts up get them deleted.
 
You can have some of my post im sure there is a few thousand dtt could live without.

Yea when you order a part tell them your "the man with a purple feather" its worth 25%. The second parts of the code is to get real mad on the phone if the say they dont know what your talking about. at that point they tack on another 10%. Its a neat idea really,there super nice guys.

So THAT is the secret!! Odd tho, they weren't overly nice the last time I talked to them, so ill try this approach next time ;)
 
Yea that guy tried to guilt me in to a complete rebuild and all i wanted was a fucking cam chain master link. i decided the phone call was over when i started to get talked down to by a guy that has been inside of half the motors i have.
 
We had a member a while back who was posting one or two words on every thread that was current, even some old outdated ones. The first one said he was going to do it for just this reason. I sent him a PM saying to chill, The post count will come in good time. People could tell what he was up to. He responded well and has since been a CONTRIBUTING member.
Honestly 100 posts isn't that much. Some of us are born with the "Gift of Gab" (check my count) and once you start reading the threads here serious conversation is easy!

I joined 2 days after you, funny coincidence, but I have a sixth the post count. I suppose I'm more of a reader than a poster.

I'd up it to 500 serious posts, none of the silly shit counts. I have more than sufficient posts to use the discount, just never bothered to register it over there. If I stumble across some widget I just have to have and can't make it or find it locally, may use the discount. But probably not, been washing pain pills down with PBR for awhile again, tore up my back and shoulder, again.

And this would be a silly shit post. So it doesn't count.
