Nice! Do you mind me asking how much you paid for shipping?

I think their prices seem reasonable for a NEW and BRAND name master cylinder.

I'm going to run my 5/8" stock as is, and if i'm happy with the 5/8" size i will likely order one of their Nissin remote reservoir ones to solve the issue of the stock reservoir now totally sitting at an unacceptable angle on the new bars. No sense in ordering until i can confirm i'm happy with the 5/8" and the dual GSXR calipers up front.

I don't remember how much shipping was, but it wasn't awful. I bought a few more parts at the same time so it worked out pretty affordable. Got here pretty fast too.

How on earth do you even find a website like that?

I was wondering the same thing myself. And i consider myself a pretty good Google-er.

Other than having to translate the site on every page, the prices seem good! Like $150 canadian, for a new Nissin master cylinder?!? I couldn't find one for $250 here! And so many choices! I didn't even know you could get a 5/8 adjustable lever, remote reservoir MC and have a choice of gold silver or black body, as well as color choices for the levers too! Brilliant!

Ha, dogged perseverance to find the parts I want at the price I can afford! The same mc sells for nearly $200 on other well-known sites. I’d already heard about webike (it’s a great site) and was glad to use them. Well priced and decent shipping.

You shouldn’t have to translate the pages, at least they show up in English for me

Webike is also a great place for performance parts for odd bikes like TW200 and SR500 etc that get hotted up a lot in Japan but not in NA. You need to find the little spot to click to make it all english.

Here is a pic of the accelerator pump. Squirting a bit of carb cleaner into the hole on left should make it come out of all 4 half-circle holes surrounding the center brass part.

However, I am not seeing where is there supposed to be an o ring??

(I forgot I had put a tiny bit of black RTV around mine. Not sure that was necessary)

That square brass port is a check valve. Remove the square brass piece and you'll find a spring and steel ball. It's often necessary to disassemble and clean and polish the ball. It can get frozen.

I'll have to check my carb again Charlie. I could be wrong about that o-ring. Would not be the first time.

Absolute pearler today. Proper ice cream weather, no humidity either. The kind of weather that makes you want to duck out, dodge all responsibilities and head out into the blue.

So that's what happened. Side covers and fenders now primed - I'll give them a light sand later and hope to lay down some pain this eve.

Gave the pieces a bit of a wet sand with 800, then laid down some paint (DupliColor chassis and roll bar satin black) -

Went pretty well, did get a run on one of the covers -

Plan is to let it cure for 48hrs, then sand the run with some 1500, then paint. Good plan? The other parts will get a sand too in 48hrs to shift the orange peel, then another light coat, then clear.

Sanded down the sag on the side cover yesterday with wet 1500 grit on a 3M sanding block. Also sanded off the orange peel and resprayed following the steps in Twisted Wheelz's Rattle Can Bling thread (damn that's some good info). Paint went down well, but half an hour later it clouded over and hasn't stopped raining since with over 90% humidity. I guess I'll have to wait and see - at least the paint wasn't wet when it started pissing it down.

Well, it came out good. Humidity doesn't seem to have affected it at all - I'm thinking it's a bad idea to paint when it's humid. If you get the paint down when the humidity is low and it has enough time to flash dry before the humidity increases it looks like you'll be ok -

I'll let it cure another 48hrs, then will give the other pieces and this one a couple of covering coats and then clear. This is the 3M sanding block I used -

Cut the paper to size, spray on some light adhesive (I used Elmers) and have at it.

2am last night, and I'm suddenly thinking about rear brake reservoirs, as you do. There's an odd (not so odd after all) bracket off the back of the battery housing, which I completely lunched out on, thought I didn't need and ended up using as a support for the rear fender -

So today I hot-footed it out to the garage to eyeball it again and sure enough it's the mounting bracket for that reservoir -

Thing is, the side panels I've made don't have the clearance to allow it to sit there, so I'll have to figure out some kind of mounting system to tuck the thing back behind the battery -

Should be doable.
