I also need new swingarm bushings, i dont really like the needle bearing in the Ebay listing previously posted, so i am going to try and find some honda ones or bronze replacements, anyone have a good source for bronze busings?
Double check his listing... I think you can just slide the rollers out and then you have the bronze bushings that you can use with the stock sleeve (provided your sleeves aren't what's worn) so you can use them without the needle bearings as 14's if your 10's aren't worn out!

I decided to get OEM swingarm bushings, figured they will be fine for what i have in mind for the bike, also got wheel bearings and tapered steering stem bearings. The swingarm pivot bushings or inner pieces seem fine. There are no ridges or wear that i can see, and i measure the diameter pretty consistently at 19.92 mm, but in relation to the outer bushing inner diameter there seems like considerable slop.

Do these normally wear with the outer bushings? Is it worth replacing them as well?

Need some input!

Got the new fork seals from all balls, but the directions seem to be backwards from the seal design. See below. Which direction do i install them!!?? I would think the chamfer on the OD would go downward but the directions say put the dual sealing ribs downward which would orient the OD chamfer upward making them hard to install. Any recommendations?

Looks like inner dual ribs are on the opposite side axially, from the OD chamfer. occording to the instructions, the ribs would go down and the chamfer up. why is the chamfer there then?
