I figured out some of my carb issues. I still need to adjust the float bowls a bit and install some inline fuel filters. I swapped my slow jets from 38's to 40's. I also installed some Steel Dragon Velocity stacks from Dime City.
Big shout out to Beatnic and Troybilt for helping me at re-adjust the floats and float needles at Kiley's.
I redid my rear tail light and swapped the Lucas lookalike for an LED Cateye that I had. I also made a bracket for the license plate. I also made a battery box and welded the bracket onto the frame. I need to snap some pics of them each.
Here are some pics from Kiley's that I snapped.
Rear shot, you can see the new tail light and plate location.
I consider this phase 1. Over the winter, I plan to install rearsets, redo the front suspension, redo the battery box and maybe some other odds and ends as well as pick up a new project. Right now I am just riding it and enjoying it while the weather is still decent.
