75 kawasaki kz400d cafe conversion (australia)

i was wondering if anyone could help me, my front brake makes a really annoying noise, and vibrates, its not the pads as i have glued them in. the noise stops even if i just apply the slightest pressure to the lever. any ideas or a solution would be great.

also what chain lube would you suggest i use?

Nice place to live... I had a CB350 in almost that exact shade of blue with pin stripes when I lived in Geelong. Sold it to pay for a set of leathers so I could go racing on someone else's T120. Mine was not painted quite that well though. That was a long time ago.

What clear is that? I really had a hard time getting Max 2K and finally found the VIC distributor. I need to throw a coat of clear onto one of my race bikes and it needs to be tough to stand the methanol we use. I'm tired of the alky lifting the paint right off the tank if it spills or breathes on the paint.

also if any one is in melbourne, id be willing to help anyone out with painting also.

Hey man Melbourne here. How much would you charge to shoot some paint on my tank and custom seat?

Like your build too. Looks wicked

Cheers Bud

depends what you want done to it? what colors, how much work is needed, send me some pics and an idea of what you wanted done and ill work something out, shouldnt be much though, always love to get the chance to do something different plus i love beer ;) haha

Hey bud. Have attached a pic of the bike. Just want the tank and seat black and was thinking of a gold stripe down the centre. I have done all the panel work, primed and just needs the top coat done.

What ya think. Open to other ideas too...

hey looks nice man, that shouldnt be a problem, ill do it for 90 bucks man, where abouts do you live? im in clayton.

Hey Man,

I'm in Avondale Heights. I have finally found a picture of what I want. I like the double stripe down the centre (thick and thin), and the stripe round the side of the tank.
Send me a email with contact details and I'll get in touch, to work out the details.

Cheers

Hey buddy, clean ride I like it, and not that I need another 1 but how much are you looking for the cb200?

Oh im not selling it, I meant anyone interested in my other bike, not interested in buying, I'm building that up as a bobber for a bike build off. Got a lot of work in front of me with that one haha.

LOL Haha, it's just as well, my wife would kill me if she gets back from Spain and I got another in the shed! but I will keep an eye out for your build thread on it!

Haha. Just as well man. I know how the scorn of a woman is. Im still hearing about my go karting venture which I still have 2 of and have been promising to get rid of for about a year now haha

Still need help. Brake is really starting to annoy me.

Picking up my brake light tonight do I will finally be able to strip my behind and start mounting the seat. Pics soon.

yeah its is, its not my pads though, they are not loose. the caliper is a little loose and the mount but am unsure how to make it tight.
