Re: 1977 cb750f2 yoshi pipe fitted

Q. Did you need the adapters to fit Race-Tech emulators into the damper rods? They look like the emulators would fit OK into the rods or are they too tight?

Yes I needed to use the adapters for a proper fit.

Re: 1977 cb750f2 yoshi pipe fitted

I'm so jealous of that pipe! I've always had yoshis on my GSX-Rs. I'm not a fan of the silly megaphone look! Anybody know if you can get one of these yosh pipes (or replicas) for early model gs750s???
Nice build, by the way. She's a beaut!!!

Re: 1977 cb750f2 seat done

After multiple attempts at making a seat for my bike I broke down and had Mac's upholstery in Ballard make me a seat for my 750f. I had them do a gel pad seat and I am more than happy with the results.

I have the cr's synced, now just waiting on my dyna2000 ignition to how so I can wrap up the rebuild part 2.

man i hope i see this bike in some magazines soon! this is flat out amazing... awesome the effects that a pro wrap job can have on a seat... you ever sell this bike man let me know... ha haha would be the first bike that someone other than myself has build that i would be willing to buy and not touch just ride it! my fav bike on the forum hands down!

Re: 1977 cb750f2 seat done

Seat looks awesome. I love the "ribbed for her pleasure" cover. Is that leather or vinyl? I was thinking of doing a similar cover- perhaps a tuck and roll look. Keep up the good work, you're build is looking amazing.

Ok so the bike is close to complete, for the second time. I still need to do a shake down run, but I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I am planning on it. Hopefully more rides than just one. You need to come down for the VME isle of Vashon in August.
