I figured the dual cantilevered shocks would be something different, as you don't see it everyday. Would be easy enough for me to change to a single shock if this doesn't work out, but I really like the way it looks.
I am going to have to get some new shocks, as the stockers are definitely not going to be up to the task, way too soft and bouncy. Maybe some progressives or something like that, well see.
I have benn waiting and waiting on the seat pan, apparently Airtech did not have it in stock and had to make it, hence the delay. Once I have it, I will be able to make teh rear subframe. I have the measurements for the seat pan, so i suppose I could make teh subframe with those, but i would really rather have the seat in front of me and do it that way, just to be on the safe side.
GS's are certainly stout bikes with a great motor, not too much to go wrong with them and very reliable. This is my first Suzuki, I am mostly a Honda and Kawsaki guy, although right now I am riding a Ducati
