Ok... Going to change a VERY few small things. Some new parts are en route. Almost have the rest of what I need. Big hold up at the moment is the remaining welding and finding a rear fender that I actually want to use AND can afford. Ok. There's your weekly non update. Enjoy.

Well, it's not QUITE as bad as first assumed. Needs a new bumper, grille, fender, headlight and various small bits and pieces. Frame seems straight and I can't find any cracked welds. So... I need to source the parts from the local junk yards, pull the busted shit apart and get to work. With some help I should have it back together in a weekend.

That said, I'm hoping to get back on the XS here shortly. Going to definitely take all winter but who cares.
