I did the bacon explosion last night.

It was ok, you think your getting bacon, wrapped in sausage, wrapped in bacon... but all you get is bacon, wrapped in sausage, wrapped in bacon. It was quite a let down. I will say if you did the same thing with beef, then slice the cooked log into patties, it would be a cool way to make burgers on the grill without drying then out.

I did the bacon explosion too. it was tasty as hell.

I asked my wife about re-creating that bacon bikini pic, she looked at me like I had two heads. WTF, seemed a reasonable request.lol

Check this, make the bacon explosion, but before you roll it up, take two blocks of cream cheese (softened) and mix with two diced jalapenos, one clove minced garlic, one tbls of brown sugar, and one tsp of ground cummin. Spread the mix thin over the explosion and roll it up and cook it as directed for the original.
