There was a section on Top Gear few years ago about Bond films, they actually do the stunts rather than rely on CGI.
Being able to actually do they stuff is not only more realistic, it doesn't look totally stupid (like the Triumphs in Mission Impossible ::) )
Crap like that makes the movie pretty much unwatchable (unless your six ::) )

I was browsing netflix tonight and found another good one: "The Highest Pass" - About a group riding single cylinder Royal Enfields through India and the Himalayas.

The scenery in that was amazing. It must be awesome to do that ride...however not with any of those people. It was one accident after another and then some strange effort to spiritualize each situation.
