Shouldn't matter then, either. He got his money.

If you care that much about something, don't sell it.

Once it's sold you can run it off a fuckin cliff I don't give a rats ass... just like pussy, give it all you can and move on.

I agree. I have a guy interested in buying my Norton Domi with the H2 Kawasaki engine in it. This is one very unique build from the 80's period. The potential buyer wants to remove the H2 and put an 850 Commando engine into the frame. He's willing to give me asking price for it as is. I have 2 asking prices, one for as is, one for once it's running, which will considerably raise the price. I don't like his plan for this bike so when he comes and looks at it I will have to be seriously hurting for money to take it from him. I want this bike to continue to be what it's intended purpose was at the build point. Not to mention he will have a set of $1500 exhaust pipes that are worthless now.

Why the fuck cant he say that... sounded like it runs like dog shit to me ???
He was referring to the stink, which is strong. Not the dog shit itself. ::)

somebody finally got it right. By the By- the guy who put the Lifan in the Honda is a Master Mechanic and has built/raced/restored more bikes than most of the poseurs that hang around this thread.bj

It's $650, but if your asking if I will pick it up for $300... send me a grand and I will buy and store for 30 days... send me 3 grand and I will clean it up and get it running.
