Price is optimistic but main problem is the title -- at least here in AZ, when you get a bonded title they contact the last known owner at his/her last known address. If the guy hasn't moved he'll contest it and likely get the bike back.

Yep, that needs a mechanics lein to be sold. Otherwise, it's essentially a stolen bike.

Yup, fucked that bike right up. Doesn't even list what year it is. Header wrap looks like shit as does that hideous seat arrangement. The Buell is a pretty good looking bike stock, this guy just went backwards on everything he did to it.
The "head turning" he refers to are the people who look at it and turn their heads from side to side. :
