A carb suggestion: I fit a Nibbi PE24 on my '73 Honda CL125S. I have found Nibbi to be among the highest quality "name brand" Chinese carbs. I had to fabricate a custom manifold adapter for it, but was jetted almost perfectly right out of the box. It started first kick, and with a more open exhaust really improved the performance.

Made a spring compressor tool for my c clamp and got the valves back in. Once I get an evap leak code off my Jeep I’ll be able to work on the 125 again.
