Nothing new to update, Very sorry. My son had a floor hockey tournament this weekend, and I coach another team in the organization, So i was tied up. I have still been designing on the Brake pivot. If i do it right, It will retain the OEM Stop, brake light switch, and return spring. It will also use the factory linkage to the rear arm. Should be trouble free.

Here is a crude prototype of the Brake Pivot assembly. This will completely replace the brake pedal.
It will utilize your....
Stock Brake Switch,
Stock Return spring,
Stock Pedal stop( Hidden inside the frame )
and retain your stock Brake linkage going back to the drum arm.
Keep in mind these are crude prototypes made for function only. Production pieces will be much nicer looking. CNC milled.

Here is the inner lever next to the brake pedal. Samer length fromcenter to center, nad the stock brake linkage mounts up nicely.
Notice the OEM return spring doing its job on the inner lever, and the top side is hitting the factory stop bolt. It was difficult getting it in there with the spring tension, but its worth it. Outer lever will be shaped better for asthetics, but functional.

Updates!!!!
Mounts are finally finished. First op i drilled a single hole. Second op I Changed thigs around and went with a slot to accomodate fitment on both sides. This keeps things simple with a single mount that can fit both sides. Thats why the center hole looks funky...
Anyways, I will mount up soon and check things out further. Here are some teaser pics regardless.
