I don't like painted carbs usually, but those are sweet looking and my KZ carbs are prepped for anything and also down to the bodies right now...

Going to start making my wiring harness quick question how is it safe to extend the starter cable .

I used a splice lug (ferrule) from Lowes in the electrical department where you find wire nuts and connectors then trimmed my wires back slid on two shrink wrap one smaller than the other for double insulation then on with the ferrule then solder it... let it cool then shrink wrap it twice

Got started on wiring .it's making my eye twitch a bit . ;D

Quick question what oil should I use .and how much does standard bike holds .think I will have to use more with the size of oil tank

3 qts Shell Rotella 10/40 don't over fill the tank put 3 qts in and run it for a while then add if you need it. if complete tear down rebuild I squirt oil on the tops of each rocker good before start up.
