CB350 Rearsets are Here!!!! Finally!!

It's where the peg pivots that it's kinda digging into itself.

Yup, the kickstand is part of the stock foot pegs that are attached to a bar that goes under and across the bike connecting them.

What is getting marred up, the peg or lever and bushing. I ask, because if sanding doesnt help, ill replace whatever is causing, or both mating pieces.

Captin - just cut the pegs off as well as the bar that goes under the bike. You will be left with a bracket that holds the kick stand that has two bolt holes in it to bolt it to the frame.
Thats what I did anyway

Yes a cutting wheel on a grinder and cut everything off leaving you with just the kickstand bracket

Might get to this today and I picked up some pieces that might make a cleaner looking and easily available brake lever stop than what I made. If it works I'll post up the part# and what they are. Maybe they could be included in kit.

Here is what my project looks like with the pegs cut off the side stand still in place.

Nice clean bike. How's it sound with those pipes?!

Just turned the heater on in the garage! Ill see if i can do pegs, battery tender, rear exhaust bracket, and i need to figure out what carbs are on my bike so i can get rebuild kits.

Is that a Benji tank/seat?

greetings and salutations good people of do the ton,

my dog is mad at me because all i do is sit around the and stare blankly at my motorcycle. i thought to check out and see if any news is hot off the press on the new super koo cb360 rear sets. please keep me posted and please bear with me through weekly pestering.

No problem COX (waaay cooler in caps lock by the way)

I will have more good news on sunday when i can get back into the shop. This Day job of mine is starting to get in the way. Too bad its still paying the bills. I would love to build rearsets and triple clamps for a living..........Maybe someday.

Until than i will be hard at work on new projects. Some 2 or 3 at a time...Like this one,

With the huge demand i suspect with the 360 Rears, They are number 1 on my list.

New mounts are being machined soon, and the foot pegs are at the machine shop still. Looks like after the holidays. Very sorry guys!!!!

Im hoping my new mount design will give definite kickstarter clearance when paired with a CL kicker with the extra bend.

Santa Krouse, He is the German Santa said" if i did not put my bike right I would have serious repercussions ". You Know i was like "Bump you, ol dirty krout Santa, and eat a diz". Then i realized he is a angry, fat, magic, German whos' people have a long history of being very bad to people and i should do what he says. so this is me being compliant with Santa Krouse. Any news on 360 rear sets. Merry Christmas ;D

I am waiting to hear from my lathe guy this morning on foot pegs.

In the meantime, here is the prototype of the brake pivot setup i made this weekend. The longer goes to the inside, and th ebottom has a notch to retain the stock return spring. The OEM brake linkage will connect to the top of the inside. The shaft will fit right through the frame, and the outer lever will have a brake switch provision and mount the linkage to from my rearsets. Obviously the shapes are very crude, and wont look like that for production. But here is a sneak peek.

The shop Making my pegs was still off today for the holiday, so, no word on those pegs until tomrrow. Hopefully I can get to mounting this up tomorrow night. If not than, i wont get another chance until friday night. Im meeting with a web guy friday afternoon on geting my website up and running!!! Very excited about that!!!

So in the meantime, Things are moving slower than i had hoped. I want to get a good stockpile of parts built up, so that I can be ready to ship when the demand is there. The time is coming....

I have a couple components ready to go, but its getting difficult to maintain a good flow of production stuff, and develope new parts. tougher than i expected. Like i said, The time is coming...

Ill keep the thread updated when I can. thanks for your patience everyone.
