CB350 Rearsets are Here!!!! Finally!!

I am in the shop all week working on things. I never thought of it until now, but i dont have time to make thiungs at the shop, and box and get orders around to ship at the same time.
SO,
At this time I have one order to fill and ship, but the rest of the week i will be conentrating on machining parts for the near future, so that I may have a stock pile of components. I tried a new source foer making levers, on a waterjet! And they turned out like SHIT. So i need to seriously massage them to get them up to cosmetic spec. That will take up more time than I planned on also.

Over the past week, a lot has gone on in my world. and Im getting ready to Become legit, and move into a real building with all the works. It is going to take time, and I appreciate all of your patience form DTT members.

Chips are flyin' and I will be posting updates on kits as they are available. I will be dedicated to making chips this week, and not building and shipping kits.... Very sorry, but it may be the only way I can get a little ahead of the game and possibly stay there.

Any questions, feel free to ask. I will check back perodically.
Peace!!!!
Kris

Week went horrible. My buddy had parts set up in his mill for his grunt to make for other customers, and his grunt didnt show up half the time. So I got next to nothing accomplished. I will know more tonight as a timline for when i can get some CNC time.
NO CB350 kits, or triples. I had to finish a Custom trilpe clamp for a local guy first thing, and thats as much as i got done. I keep thingsd updated here.

Im very sorry for all the delays, but i am at the mercy of others until I can buy my own stuff. I am still planning on doing everything i can this week to get parts made. So Keep an eye here. I know riding season is fast approaching for us Yankees here in the north.

CB350 rearsets are ready to ship!!! $180 plus shipping.
Leave your zip, and Ill send along a shipping price. West of the Rockies, count on $11.50. USPS flat rate box is cheapest, and Its 3 day.

Your rear sets work great on a CB450 too. 8)

Can you confirm what is included at the $180 price? And I'm very glad to see that they work on CB450's too!!

I can always count on you Shortround. Thanks!!

Levers (2)
Folding pegs
toe pegs
Redesigned mounts (to aid in kicker clearance) Still may need CL kicker

Shifter linkage
All necessary hardware and instructions to install
Ill be taking new photos of the kits compnents this weekend.

any chain guard additions to the sets in the pipeline? i would like to run without the stock guard and see some potential "issues" without a built in guard or plate on the left rear set.

What kind of issues are you thinking? I dont have any plans a on a chain guard right now, but if its necessary, Ill certainly look into it.

maybe im being overly cautious, but the rearset location on a 350 is pretty close to pantleg and shoelace eating zones if one is not careful. and i hate the factory guard, but like the look of rearset guards. would just need to be a machined plate that mounts somewhere in the assembly that makes it an optional piece

i prefer the look of the last pictures guard. i actually dislike the first 2 alot, but threw them up as an example of style and where the chain is close by, im sure you already know what i mean, but meh, i illustrated it anyway lol

i might be wrong but on the pictures on page one of your rearsets, it looks like there is an unused whole behind it.. at least on the chain side. or maybe it can sandwich between the frame and the rearset, as long as it doesnt introduce some play in the assembly. and the least elegant solution would be one that just attaches to the swing arm and is therefore an independant piece that would float up and down with the wheel, not the most ideal way, but a workable last resort.

I get what your saying now. Definitly an idea to ponder, for safety reasons. I think i like the idea of a billet chain guard that attaches to the swingarm. It wouldnt need to be huge, just tall enough to go up and wrap the chain ( Outside and Top ), and about 5-6 inches long, with some nice hidden steel tabs to weld onto the swinger.

Nice idea, If i do make some , you can have the first!!
