tore down wheel...cleaning hub and will relace/true soon.... after i change my rangers fwd leaf spring brackets that rusted through!

finished up mounting mufflers,wheel and rear sets. had to modify center stand to work with the mufflers and it actually tucks in well..no side stand due to the fairing

finished up front wheel and dual rotor set up...
started tail light assy. heat formed red lens and fabed aluminum trim ring.

trim ring drilled and countersunk for 3/48 screws.bulb holder drilled/taped for same.
need to frost inside of plastic with light glass beading.

need to seal back of bulb holder assy yet...offset holes for other screws i didn't end up using...

tore down and now all the parts have to be degreased,cleaned, blasted, painted, parts ordered etc etc....all the grunt work until it's ready for final assembly- hopefully by the middle of march..

started cleaning and painting some engine and frame parts

tube rearsets all welded up, ready for paint................

fresh urethane paint

ready to go....except for cleaning the majic marker"T" off the tail light bezel........
