I happen to have a decent seat that might fit that bike from a CB 500T, your welcome to come check it out and toss out an offer on it. I also have a CB750 seat that will need recovered.
Sorry no spare tank, but if all else fails I can build you a nice SS exhaust :)

Any of you guys have an '73 or older tank w/cap for sale cheap. I just need it for the opening and cap to weld on a newer tank. thanks

***ANYBODY GOT A BASKET CASE GATHERING DUST???***

Hi guys. I think I may have a lead on a GS850, but it needs a lot of work and I am really thinking that if I am going to go to all that trouble why not get what I was originally looking for. So I thought I would give a shout out to you all.

Basically, I would like something with a minimum of 550cc's (650-750-1000- are also welcome). I kind of have a hankering for a Yamaha XS650, or a CB 550 or 750. Those seem to lend themselves to what it is I want to do. I am wanting to build something that will be my "keeper"bike. The one I build just for me.

So I am throwing out a call to arms to any of my fellow caffeinated brethren. If YOU have a basket case that is looking for a home, or know some one who does....Please let me know.

I have a second gt550 Suzuki two-stroke triple I might could be talked out of, and I have seen a couple fo good projects on CL lately. Just depends what you are willing to spend I suppose.

Firestarter...It's a two stroke? Hmmmmmm.....never had one....I too have been scouring CL for projects...I have a couple of leads but nothing concrete yet.

I am still scouring for something in the way of a Honda CB , Yamaha XS , Kawi KZ , Or Suzi GS. Anybody run across one, drop a dime please.

I have a CB 400t. It's all apart and in a plastic tub and from what I can tell it will have to have tires, carbs and exhaust. I have a set of CB450 header pipes I'll toss in with it. Let me know if you are interested.

There's an all stock, very clean 1970 Cl 350 at the Salvation Army on I70 and I25. $1250, I took picks but camera was being a bitch!
