I bet you are loving the extra lighting! I picked up some 5400 fixtures at Rural King a couple of weeks ago. So far I only have one of the lights installed and it made a world of difference.

Bright light makes it so much easier. You can see the details of what you're doing. And with the lights spread around there isn't a dark corner. The bonus to LED lights is they don't use much power for the output.

Well, suspension is fully rebuilt, new seals, fluid, bushings, and bearings. Next up is intake and exhaust. It does look strange on a bench with no wheels or fenders.
And while I waited on parts I added a filter to the parts washer.

I don't know if the filter makes much difference, but it can't hurt anything. The pump and bucket setup works well though. Definitely cleaner and with more work room than in the original setup.

Well, I have a different carb on the way for this. I'll see how a dellorto 24mm pumper carb works on it. They were the stock carb for the euro NX125, so jetting should be close for the 120cc xr motor.

Well, plastics got here, but I can only install the front fender. Subframe is too bent to even remotely line up the side panels or rear fender. Luckily there was a NOS subframe on ebay so it's ordered.

New subframe got here. Plastics fit properly now. Waiting on carb and spokes, need to order exhaust tube, but while I wait on that I'm making a truing stand so I can lace the new rims.

Truing stand is almost done. It's using 6002 bearings, and will have a 15mm hard chrome linear bearing shaft. Shaft should be here tomorrow, cones are aluminum to test it and I can always make steel ones later.

Truing stand is finished and the front wheel is true and tight. The stand spins free enough that you could probably balance a wheel on it.

Waiting on new bearings, rotors and sprocket.
Still waiting on the dellorto, but I can start on the exhaust. My bends showed up, but the muffler isn't here yet.

Yep, dunlop MX53. Easiest tires I've ever spooned on. Probably helped that I let each one sit on a shelf above the heater for an hour before install.

Not a big piece but I made new rear wheel spacers today. The seals had cut deep enough grooves that I felt they needed to be replaced. The front spacers are ok, just the rears were bad.

Thanks. I pulled it off the bench so I could get a look at it with wheels and plastics on. I think It'll look pretty good once finished.

Things still left:
Oil cooler, got a devol radiator guard/brace it'll get mounted to.
Rear brake, caliper needs a rebuild and I'll do the master too.
Front brake, waiting on a bracket from applied racing to use a 2 piston caliper.
Muffler, it's getting a supertrapp
Carb, waiting on the 24mm dellorto pumper
Seat cover, probably getting a black one.
New bars/ upper triple? Might make a triple, Don't want to spend $250 for one. If I make one it'll probably get protaper bars.
