Cr80 4stroke?

Test ride is done. Took it out and did about an hour ride. Wheelies, slides, jumps, and even got stuck in the mud. No issues with the motor swap, carb could use some tuning, and forks need valving adjustment, but otherwise it did good.

Alright, my dellorto made it to the US. Dec 29th it left Frankfurt, Mar 2nd it got to NJ. I probably won't get it for a week or so, but it's almost here. It's a PHBL24CS, it was factory for the mid 90s euro NX125, 24mm with accel pump.

So I have the dellorto, need to make an intake for it.

Other things happening, an 80-82 CR80 6 speed sorta fits. Case has to be clearanced in 1 spot, the shift dogs need modification and the kickstart gear needs to be smaller.

Have to bush the kickstart idler gear to fit the CR countershaft. And once I get them the shift dogs need smaller pins to match the shift drum.

I read where 2 people talked about it being done with full tilt xr75 race bikes. With that info and having machine tools I thought I'd give it a try. If it works on getting pictures and can pass on how to do it. I know you can buy a 6 speed from a few different companies, but I have more time than money

Powdercoated, 5 disk clutch and takegawa clutch cover. So it's back together and riding again. No work on the 6 speed right now.

And by some coincidence, I have a CR125 six speed transmission here that I was about to put on ebay. If someone needs one, let me know.
