Some of the bigger ticket items i wanted to complete are finished. I had some Tarozzi footpegs, Moto-bits levers, and a Brembo MC left over from some old projects. I machined some parts so they work together and also designed and machined some adjustable plates. no CNC just manual machining. fun stuff.

I also finished this belly pan up, its made from 5052 sheet. Ill get better photos once i can roll it outside. I really like how it cleaned up the profile of the bike. This list of things to complete for the show is getting short. only two and a half weeks left!

The dirtbag ethos is completely out of the picture at this point. Some dirt-bags end up lawyers or politicians i guess. I don't commute anymore so having a daily beater isn't a necessity. That being the case, this bike got the full spa treatment.

The tank had a failing liner that i stripped out with paint stripper (HORRIBLE JOB) and re-coated with Caswell 2k sealer. I really wanted to do a slick retro paint job but I was worried you would see all the blemishes in the carbon so I decided to go with something a little more out there. The "Elephant Pattern" is inspired by the Jordan III shoes which MJ wore in the 87-88 season. I did it all by hand using sharpies and rattle cans. Followed up with Spray Max 2k Clear. The matte finish really hides a lot of the imperfections in the carbon fenders. The show was a blast I had a great time. Now to ride the wheels off this season!

Turned out awesome. The show looked like a ton of fun from what I was following along with instagram. Nice work, bud.
