Doing it wrong on EBay

Relisted. Hell, this guy's going to have a few hundred bucks in listing fees before he gets hit with a final value, if it sells.

I know Wisconsin is a far way from florida but here seems to be a nice one.

Wow is there nothing on tv guys
this is kinda like girls at the prom catten around talking about how some other eazy chick is dressed when in reality all ALL THOSE whispering bitches will be bittin a belt while there bent over in the behind a dumpster taken a dick in one of the spots banned by the bible befor the end of the night. So do 85% of you guys got a belt picked out? when it comes time to move to the next fad and your top dollar cb finds it self on the pages of ebay think it will hit your mark? hahahaha is the world any better or worse if this bike sells or sits. you guys got together and drove the use bike/part prices crazy now your making fun of your offspring. bravo

Yo bradj... what the flaming hell are you talking about?

We're against some totally unreasonable tool who is raising the eBay listing price because people are f***ing watching the listing. You know, so they may or may not bid on it when the listing is coming to an end and the price is still within their means.

At the end of the day we don't really care about the guy in an of himself, but people all over who think they can be unreasonable, obnoctious wankers just because they have a bike for sale. I've sold 8 or 9 bikes over the last few years and have always been what I'd want out of a seller - reasonable, easy to talk to and accomodating of most request for information about the bikes. Most have sold in a few days for a price I was happy with.

I ask of you, mighty bradj, what the f*** have you to do with actually buying, selling, or working on motorcycles?

Whoa.....

Ok, everybody take a breather. This entire thread is getting out of hand.

I see a bunch of people here taking the piss out of a guy who isn't handling it very well. It wasn't funny when we were kids and it's kind of embarassing now.

> If anyone wants to know his phone # is 850-936-6648 (in the CL ad)

Jesus Christ.

Thats probably part of my problem - I'm an Aussie and its a bit of a culture thing to take the piss out of people, especially if it seems as though they might arc up a bit over something relatively trivial that would only take a second thought or polite/sensible comment to completely diffuse.

To me it just looks like the guy is being a complete nutcase. I mean, would *you* post an eBay ad with all that aggresive red text about watchers and price rising, or block capital, aggressively sarcastic text repsponses to questions?

EDIT: Yeah the phone number is a bit much... don't think he deserves unsolicited calls. Thats pretty poor form.

Hell, I was 'watching' the first ad - but there comes a point when there are hundreds of people sending the guy messages - even after he's relisted the ad - where I guess the humor drops way off for me.

And no, I wouldn't, because I like it when people buy my stuff. :p

Yeah thats pretty average... mind you he definitely set himself up for it. Not saying he deserves it but what would you expect in posting an ad like that? Nothing but trouble I reckon.

Probably just another product of our insular society in which people think they can act however they want in a public arena without consequence or accountability.

Australia, huh? Well, that's pretty far away, so go fuck yourself.
