Love Mexican Jap and Canadian beer! I like dark German style lagers but I mostly I drink the cheap American beers.

It's always a tuff choice choosing between Negra Modelo or Bohemia for me, and one I haven't been able to find locally is called Red Pig Mexican ale, stuff taste

Last week was a Shock top/blue moon clone of my own creation. Was supper smooth with a sweet/spicy up front taste and finished like an orange.
This week is a dark brown ale styled after moose drool. Its super smooth and rich like a cup of good coffee mixed with caramel with a flowery after taste from the hops.
Next week is a red ale style after a red from either England or Ireland. Not really done yet but the testers Friday were excellent, needs another week or so to age.
Week after that will be a California Steam beer. Sitting there bubbling away in its fermenter, smells like a good one, tasted great on last test.
Then there's Multi-grain style red from Northern Brewer that is stilling next to the Steam beer bubbling away. Had a really interesting spice taste and texture on transfer from primary to secondary. Probably from the Rye.
On deck after all that is a Dead Guy IPA, has almost 10 lbs of malt at about a pound of hops. Should be about 7-8% when done and good enough to appease the IPA snobs. Not even started it but it will be brewed next Thursday.
If you haven't figured out I brew my own and I have a wide taste, no beer is bad to me, some just are better than others. All of the batches turn out over 5% most end up about 6-7%.
And if you counted all that, there's something like 20 gallons of beer in my house right now that I have maybe $150 in. 5-10 of which is drinkable currently. What will I do? ;D
