Hola compadre.

Sheesh - gonna need Google Translator running full time here ;)

If you want we can sort out a proper DO THE TON Colombia logo - would be great to have something really cool. We can modify the Spade in the center to something more regionally significant and I can change the words CAFE RACER to BOGOTA or COLOMBIA or something.

Friend of mine just got back from Bogota. I'll have to make the trip one day. Would love to see some local pics of the riding scene!

Hello Tim

it would be great if you can help me with the logo, to tell you the truth us vintage racers are very rare here, the trend is only strarting, you see a lot of chopper, superbike and scooter clubs. I´ve sold 2 bikes all ready and i have a friend that has another garage as well, so we are growing, Bogota has a bad ass bird in the emblem maybe we can do that, i´ll send you some pics of things that way we can make the logo as it should be!

Ehh q tal Peru y Mejico!! a ver sus motos!! q buena onda latina la q tenemos aca!!

couple more pics..

Awesome - looks like a beautiful place to ride (it's cold and wet here for another few months).

Noticed the Peru license plate - what's the story there? Great little bike the 350 Four. Any pics of your shop?

Antes de que la desmontara para mantenimiento mayor, por el momento esta en partes, pero esper ya reviva esta semana!

Hey Tim. This is the only CB 350 F thats exsists in Peru. They were never imported here. This one made it here because the original owner bought it back in 1973 in California and rode it all the way down to Peru. He said the ride took him a full year. Since then it was pretty much sitting in his yard up in the amazon jungle of northern Peru in a town called Pucallpa. I came across it a couple years back and this is what I did to it. Its a pretty special bike because for one, there are very few old hondas here, but more than that, I believe it to be the only cafe racer also. I zip around town, in Lima, and people look at me and the bike like we were from Mars. I stop at lights and im constantly asked what it is and if it is for sale! I am also familiar with a bunch of motorcycle clubs here and the scene is mainly cruisers, dual sport bikes, scooters, and crotch rockets. No cafes yet! But I gotta tell you, lately the motorcycle scene is picking up and there are old classic jems that are comming out of hiding. Last week, I saw a fresh barn find, it was a 1964 BSA scambler. Very rare bike, pulled out of its tomb full of crud and grime. Just like that, im staring to see really old Triumphs, Nortons, Indians, and harleys. There few, but they are around. One guy recently pulled out a fifties Triumph from a yard that was being used as the base of a chicken coop!!!! Another guy just built a chopper around a 1931 indian motor that he found in a similar ridiculous situation. and so on...

This was my baby but I already sold her...However, I'm about to start a new one.
It is the only cafe in Querétaro too!

I toured South America on my job and noted most of the bikes are very small. Do most South American countries impose a big tax on large displacement motorcycles? I saw lots of cool bikes, most of which I did not recognize, but very few of displacement I would even classify as middleweight. It looks like a market ready to be taken by storm! It appears to me, more people are on bikes down there than in the USA.
