I was racking my brain on fastening some gauze on this tube for ages...
and then it dawned on me. Rings of the same tube with a section cut out
And press fitted.

Got myself a sewing machine to mess about with...
After much failure and about a week of wasting material I’ve come up with a seat I’m happy with. Also this cements an idea on colour for the frame and wheels. Deep cherry pearl??????

Finally all sorted on the rear axle setup...
Also stainless brake arm...
