Oh yeah. Years ago I had an xr100 that burned so much oil it dripped out of the muffler, but it still ran. I found an xl125 for $200 years ago, ran some atf in the oil for an hour and it stopped smoking, my dad still rides it. Xl185, found not running, fixed the plug wire and my youngest brother in law rides it. These old aircooled singles run with almost no maintenance.

Well, here's an update. Got lights up, got the built in bench out, fixed up the parts washer, had to get a new VFD for the mill, and had to bring my tool cart home when I left the motorcycle dealer to work as a machinist for the FAA.
