That's it, I am saving my coin so this winter I can strip a bunch off the nudiewing and send it to you for powder. That looks so nice and would go with my metallic orange. This is going to be a nice wing for sure
You will need the caliper bracket as well, but that will bolt straight up to the forks. Grab yourself a pair of the dual disk rotors too. The swept area is smaller, and while the 2-pots will work on your old disks, the new ones look much better. Slimmer, lighter etc.
Love those powder finishes too. Is the black a matt or satin? Or a satin matt ;D
I like those pieces. If I can get done with some of life's dealings I'll get back to doing mine. Or at the least find the time to gather some parts and send them to you for powder.
rotors stripped, blasted, makes, prepped and ready for powder
some of the parts where in really rough shape after we stripped adn blasted them so we coated them first with a primer to get them smooooooth as glass, then coated
base coat on the cooling rack
while that was cooling for the 2nd coat, got the front wheel stripped to plan out the powder work for it... next up blasting... wait till you see these suckers when they are done!!!!
after top coat, flat red layed over a undsiclosed base coat, gives this SICK effect of flat anidized!
paint work should be done next week, fame and motor this weekend. then reassembly... hope to be riding this coming weekend!
rotors are done! check it out, flat red stripe on the outter edge of the rotor, and flat black centers! SO TRICK! took some time to do but wait till you see it with the wheels!
MAN!!! this is looking wicked! I can't wait to see what your doing with those wheels. I have a spare set of Comstars I've been trying to figure out what to do with.
